How soon can I have a drink?
Depending on the starting temperature of the liquid and the temperature of the day, it could take anywhere from 30 min. to 1 hour. We recommend that the alcohol be stored in the freezer prior to our arrival. Due to the machines design, once the 1st batch is frozen there is no delay between batches.
How much alcohol do I need?
This varies on the type of drink you are having please refer to our recipes page for alcohol requirements. All alcohol, if desired, must be supplied by the customer. Margarita Adventures does not sell or supply any alcohol.
How many drinks will each mix make?
Each adult mix makes 5 gallons or about 80 – 8oz. cups or 70 – 9oz cups. (Kids flavors or mixes without alcohol makes 4 gallons.)
How do I clean the machine?
YOU DON’T – WE DO! When you are finished with your party drain what you want to keep, unplug the machine and leave it alone.

Can these machines be used for kid’s parties?
They sure can, our most popular kid flavors are Lemonade, Strawberry, Fruit Punch, Peach and Coconut. Also any of our drink flavors can be served non-alcoholic for adult and kid’s events.
How far in advance should I reserve my machine?
We recommend you reserve your machine at least two weeks or more prior to your event; however, during peak times like Super Bowl, Labor Day, July 4th, Memorial Day, Halloween, Christmas party’s and New Years Eve you may need to reserve sooner.
How much ice do I need to buy?
You don’t need any ice with Margarita Adventures Frozen Beverage Machines. Just add concentrate, water, and alcohol (supplied by customer, if desired).
Do you require a deposit?
A credit card is required to reserve the machine. Please note all cancellations made within 10 days prior to the event will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
Where can I setup the machine?
The machine must be setup on sturdy ground indoors or covered/shaded area within 3 ft of a plug on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. Nothing else can be using this circuit. Also no extension cords can be used as they will damage the machine, and cause the machine to not freeze properly.
When do I pay?
Payments are accepted at time of delivery.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Company Check.
Where do I go to pick up a Frozen Drink Machine?
You don’t have to leave the house. We bring everything to you (except the alcohol).
When is the machine picked up?
At time of drop-off we will let you know the time of pickup for the following day. If same day pickups are needed please mention this when booking.
What cities do you deliver to?
Margarita Adventures proudly serves the following Texas Cities: Frisco, Plano, The Colony, McKinney, Allen, Little Elm, Prosper, Richardson, North Dallas, and surrounding areas. An out of area delivery fee will apply to some locations.
